- 1/2 cup Chinigura rice soaked with water
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cup liquid milk
- 2 tablespoon Powder milk
- 1 tablespoon condensed/ evaporated milk
- 2 pieces bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 1/2 cup/as required Jaggery(nolen gur)
- 1/4 th teaspoon cardemon powder
- 2 tablespoon chopped dryfruits

- Cook the rice with 1.5 cup water, liquid milk,powder milk and bay leaves on stove.when rice is 100% cooked,discard the bay leaves and add one pinch of salt and mash well.
- Then add condensed milk,cardemom powder and jaggery and cook them well. It brings a nice smell.Now add ghee from the top and garnish with dryfruits.
