  9. 140-150 gms Condensed milk
  10. 2-3 drops Kewra (optional)

Steps to make to make Kheer 😍😋

  1. Soak rice in water for an hour now Boil 2 ltrs of milk, now discard the water of rice n slightly crush them n add it to the milk n keep cooking it on low flame.. keep stirring time to time.
  2. When rice becomes soft n thick.. add sugar n let it melt.. than add cardamom powder n let it cook on medium low flame. (You can also add whole cardamom but crushed or powdered gives it more flavour n better aroma)
  3. Now when Kheer is thick enough than add crushed khoya/qalaqand or Burfi n mix it well. Now add Condensed milk n give it a stir.. keep cooking on low flame..
  4. Now add half of the chopped nuts n desiccated coconut n mix it well. N keep half of them for garnishing.
  5. N now add kewra n mix it well n turn of the stove. Dish it out n garnish with nuts... refrigerate it to chill n enjoy !
