  4. When the desire quantity reaches & rice soften, switch off the flame & let it cool.
  5. For assemble- Prepare the base: Crush the biscuits to a fine powder.Put the powdered biscuits in a mixing bowl add room temperature butter & mix it well.
  6. Take short glasses & press the mixture over in the shot glasses.
  7. Crush a motichur Ladoo & press it tightly with a spoon.
  8. Pour a layer of kheer on it & tap it once so that it's all settled.
  9. Top it with a Ladoo.
  10. Garnish it with saffron, cashew & cherry.
