  3. 2 tbsp curd
  4. To taste salt
  5. 1 tsp grated garlic
  6. 1/4 cup Beetroot juice
  7. As needed Water
  8. For Uttapam Topping:-
  9. As needed Ghee
  10. 1 tomato finely chopped
  11. 1 onion finely chopped
  12. 1 tbsp grated Beetroot
  13. To taste Salt
  14. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions to make to make Beetroot Suji Mini Uttapam

  1. Mix Suji, salt,curd,grated garlic in a bowl & mix well add water as needed to make batter. Add Beetroot juice and mix well. keep it aside for 10- minutes rest. Meanwhile mix tomato, onion,grated Beetroot, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl for topping.
  2. Heat mini Uttapam tawa grease with ghee and pour batter in each mini space with spoon top it with prepared topping mixture. Again add ghee and cook on slow flame.
